I saw the announcement that Ubuntu has created a Snap package to easily install Steam with Fex-Emu on ARM Linux.

Installation takes several minutes and my first test was a bit underwhelming. Let's hope performance will improve with a new release. But it is positive that you can install Steam on Ubuntu ARM with only one command.
sudo snap install --candidate steam
