How to fix WIFI and Bluetooth CONNECTION Issues on DELL XPS 15

The Dell XPS 15 is such an amazing laptop but unfortunately it came with flaws. One of the problems with this laptop is the wifi connection and the bluetooth. Sometimes, the connection would drop and wont reconnect automatically. I also have a hard time connecting my bluetooth earphone/headphones to the laptop.
The culprit is the wifi/bluetooth card. Replacing it solves all the above problems.
