Don't work in 3.25 - How to get Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill - Crafting Recipe
Welcome to the short guide on how to get Crafting Recipe "Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with an 8-second Cooldown. Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost". This mod is a suffix, the crafting bench cost is 3 chaos and it can be crafted on all weapons.

Update for 3.15 Path of Exile Expedition League: The recipe now is: Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill with an 8-sec cooldown and 150% more cost
UPDATE for 3.14 Ultimatum League: This method works in the new Ultimatum League but there is a change to the bench recipe mod. Now there are 8 seconds of cooldown on the trigger (was 4 seconds). Also, it is easier to learn this recipe, now you need to unveil this mod just two times.
IMPORTANT:
When you search for weapons on trade, there is an option to search in stat filters for :
VEILED - OF THE VEIL. Now all weapons in the search will have veiled suffix. (Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill is a suffix.).
Search for a minimum item level 70 weapons. (Not 100% sure this is a requirement but as the price is the same, no need to risk and buy low-item levels weapons). You can search for any weapon, all can have this mod.

To learn this recipe there is a slow and fast way. If you don't want to spend currency, you can just do syndicate encounters, every time you unveil weapons (with of the veil suffix), you will have a chance to learn this recipe. Depending on your luck this can take a huge time. To learn this recipe faster, you will need to buy veiled - of the veil weapons from trade.
The good news is that these weapons usually cost between 1 and 2 chaos. The bad news is, depending on your luck and how many other recipes you already learned, you may need to unveil a huge amount of weapons before you learn this recipe.
