蒜香四季豆甜脆脆的口感！準備便當不煩惱！
四季豆的季節來了～
逛菜市場常常看到它
蒜香四季豆很香也很下飯
是好準備的便當菜

☀食材☀
四季豆 2-3把
蒜頭 4-6顆　

☀調味料☀
鹽巴少許、黑胡椒少許

蒜頭切末、四季豆切段備用

起鍋熱油，先爆香蒜末。

放入四季豆丁拌炒加一點水蓋鍋蓋悶煮。

鹽巴、黑胡椒調味。

起鍋前再加一點蒜末～即完成！
