Kaiju - Belcanto // deep dubs //
One of the deepest tunes in 2012, produced by the amazing duo Kaiju. 'Belcanto' is out on Osiris Music with another incredible production on the flip entitled 'Close Break'.
Boomkat Review:
High-pressure, atmosheric halfstep songcraft on Kryptic Minds' label. 'Close Break' fits a hushed male vocal to tectonic subbass shifts and sparing drums for the darkside set. B-side 'Belcanto' is equally reduced, but this time with a sampled sliver of ethereal female vocals contrasting with the squirming bass torque and more "neuro" stabs.
