Uplifting Spirits in our Community Through Dance
Our hearts were broken with the loss of so many lives due to Covid. When Covid devastated the retirement home that we have shared a number of joyous dance moments with the residents who lived there we came together to try and lift the spirits of those affected but tremendous loss due to the pandemic. Through dance we escape the pain of loss, and allow ourselves to be vulnerable in the moment and feel. For a lot of us dance is a release and a connection to our happy place, our safe place , our space to be free. We share our dance in 2 pieces that uplift us and as a viewer we hope bring a little joy to your heart 💜
