This sections looks at 'A user/client has been clearly identified and is entirely relevant in all aspects to the contextual challenge. Student has undertaken a comprehensive investigation of their needs and wants, with a clear explanation and justification of all aspects of these'.
To gain marks in this section you need carry out research on potential users, issues the user might have and solutions that may be needed.
