Brewer wins state championship with layup in final seconds
Class A North champions and top-seeded Brewer lost its lead in the third quarter but a Cameron Hughes layup with 2.7 seconds left gave the Witches a 42-41 win over Falmouth at the Augusta Civic Center on March 3, 2023.
