28:36 Scherzo no. 3 in C# minor, op. 39
36:15 ENCORE Berceuse in Db major, op. 57
While Chopin wrote other pieces in both C# minor and Db major, this recital features all of the works that showcase the two enharmonic parallel keys together – either within the same piece or paired in the same Opus. The one exception is the Berceuse, which stands alone in Db major.
UPDATE: I did forget one piece!!! Chopin’s Polonaise op 26/1 is in C# minor with a Db middle section. Thanks to Mark Yang in the comments for pointing it out.
