In this video, I will show you how to install Mantra fingerprint device on PC (Windows) step by step.
This guide works for Mantra MFS110 / MFS100 and is useful for Aadhaar, AEPS, e-KYC, CSC & banking services.

💻 System Requirements:
✔️ Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit recommended)
✔️ Internet connection
✔️ Mantra fingerprint device
✔️ USB port
🪜 Step-by-Step Installation Process:
1️⃣ Connect the Device
Plug the Mantra fingerprint scanner into your PC using a USB cable.
2️⃣ Download Mantra RD Service
Go to the official Mantra website
Download Mantra RD Service for Windows
3️⃣ Install RD Service
Run the setup file as Administrator
Complete installation
Restart your PC
4️⃣ Check RD Service Status
Open browser
Type: http://127.0.0.1:11100
If the page opens, RD Service is working ✅
5️⃣ Test Fingerprint
Place finger on scanner
Green light = detected
Red light = retry
⚠️ Common Problems & Solutions:
❌ Device not detected → Change USB port
❌ RD service not running → Reinstall as admin
❌ Browser error → Use Chrome / Edge
❌ Driver issue → Update Windows drivers
