TDI enabled Family or Group Counting
TDI 3D deep learning sensors have been used for precise footfall traffic counting under various retail environments. This video demonstrates the scenario in which a unit of "two people" is counted as one effective count. The customer group could be families or friends. When walking through the entrances of a retail store or a mall within a specified short distance, they will be recognized by the deep learnig sensor as ONE unit and therefore counted as one. The feature of "Family Count" can be enabled easily in the sensor's configuration page.
