Adding Value to rank of a Google natural search
If you're bringing a new website to the internet that already has tons of competing sites selling EXACTLY the same product then you have to prove to Google that your site adds value and is worthy of a place on their first page of a natural search.
Duplicating someone's content adds no value because Google has heard it all before.
