Next Generation Pet Food Program 2025
Big Idea Ventures and Mars Petcare, together with partners AAK, Bühler, and Givaudan, hosted the Next Generation Pet Food Program 2025, bringing together innovators shaping the future of sustainable pet nutrition.
The program received 165 applications from 39 countries, reflecting the growing global momentum behind science-driven innovation in pet food and feed ingredients. After a rigorous selection process evaluating innovation, scalability, sustainability impact, and commercial potential, three pioneering startups were selected for this year’s cohort.
