Coordinates to decimal degrees in Excel | burdGIS
Sometimes you get really funky coordinates to work with especially if they have been copied down from a GPS to a paper data sheet. If data collectors aren't up to speed with coordinate syntax there may be trouble ahead.
This video is a walkthrough of how to work with coordinates and change them from degrees, minutes, seconds to degrees, decimal minutes and to decimal degrees using Excel
