Create a VPC: Ensure that both the public and private EC2 instances are located within the same VPC (Virtual Private Cloud).
Configure Security Groups: Set up appropriate security groups for both the public and private EC2 instances. Security groups act as virtual firewalls that control inbound and outbound traffic. For the public EC2 instance, allow incoming traffic on the necessary ports (e.g., SSH on port 22 or HTTP on port 80). For the private EC2 instance, allow outbound traffic to the necessary ports for accessing the public instance.
Assign Elastic IP (EIP) to the Public EC2 Instance: To provide a static public IP address to the public EC2 instance, associate an Elastic IP (EIP) with it. This ensures that the IP address does not change each time the instance is stopped or started.
