Whether your truck is bone stock or built for extra performance, the LC Engineering Street Header is the "best bang for your buck" bolt-on part you can buy. You should expect to see a 10-15% power increase with a good boost to the top-end of the powerband where these trucks struggle. With so many choices for a header on the market, some certainly being cheaper, we can understand if you are struggling with the decision of which one to buy. We can tell you there is a good reason why our header is still #1 on the market and worth the extra cost.
Our most popular product is the street header kits. LC Engineering uses all 304 1 1/2" Stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, the collector is made in house with 304 Stainless steel. A huge 1/2" thick steel header to head flange and 3/8" thick steel 2-1/4" flange at the collector that accepts the stock Toyota round exhaust gasket. As if that were not enough, the whole package is coated in a high temp ceramic coating. To make the install easy on you LC Engineering supplies you with all the gaskets needed to bolt your header on your vehicle. Our header flanges are cut to allow the use of OEM exhaust manifold gaskets. These gaskets feature a metal crush fire ring and a heat deflector for the plug wires. No cheap paper gaskets to blow out with an LC Engineering Header.
