Curry is a term for a sauce from India. It is made with spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, aromatics, and other ingredients. Our curry sauce is an aromatic creamy curry from north India.
Our sauces are ready to use straight out of the jar. Sauté meat or vegetables, add sauce, simmer for a few minutes, and your curry is done! One jar is sufficient for one lb of meat or vegetables.
