Beyond Below had basically 2 ways of healing, both were very inconvenient for the player. They were to either find a corrupt opening, or consume healing (which didn't do a lot to begin with.) So now we have a new form of healing. Hold the heart in your hot bar, and hold shift, where you will consume 1 level of xp and heal 2 hearts. Only drawback is that you become completely immobile and cannot attack at full power right away. So make sure you're in a safe place before you heal.
