T1N Sprinter fuel rail, intake, brackets & bolts explained (2004-2006 Dodge Freightliner MB)
Here's an overview on the different bolt measurements for installing the intake & fuel rail and fuel rail support brackets on a 2004, 2005, and 2006 Dodge mercedes, and Freightliner T1N Sprinter 316 CDI & 416 CDI with a 2.7L inline 5 cylinder turbodiesel - engine model OM647.
M8 for front lifting eye
M7 for intake and brackets
Shorter m7 for fuel rail and rear lifting eye
M6 for fuel return line bracket
Remove the intake with the fuel rail together. When installing, install fuel rail support brackets first, fuel rail second, and intake last, it's faster this way.
