Matchmaster FM Band Antenna Array, The Rock Hill West Radio Observatory
Respsonding to requests for a video showcasing my FM Yagi Array that I use here for monitoring the FM Broadcast band.
The antennas are from a company called Matchmaster. They are an 8 element 75 ohm yagi. I'm combining 4 of them here to a 4 way power divider from Antennas-Amplifiers and it then goes to a Low Noise Amplifier by the same company.
The frame was constructed by myself, it's 50mm aluminium tube, TIG welded. The antenna spacing is approximately 4m across and 3.8m above each other. The main mast is 64mm gal steel.
The top antennas are approx 26m above ground.
