Airlink Compressors Installation 2019
New factory installation! Airlink Compressors had been invited to design, install & commission a new compressed air package by Multax Ltd of which we happily did. Part of the install was to keep Multax Ltd's loss of production to a minimum. This meant installing an interim network to keep the machines running with loan compressors.
We opted to use PREVOST (UK) LTD's PPS1 40mm brushed aluminium compressed air pipework for the ring main, dropping down to various selected locations around the workshop allowing for PREVOST (UK) LTD's multiple equipped brackets terminating with ISO 4414 standard prevo s1 safety couplings.
After discussions with Ashley Mizen & John McNab we all agreed the best suited air compressor was ALMiG Kompressoren GmbH's Variable XP 30 direct drive screw compressor along with the ALM-E375 refrigerant dryer both of which lead the way in energy efficiency.
On completion of this project it was good to see Matt Twemlow from Almig UK on site of whom saw the installation first hand.
