Proper Bat Grip - Baseball Rebellion
Baseball Rebellion Hitting Instructor Tyler Zupcic takes you through the proper bat grip for all hitters.
The player should line up their "door knocking" knuckles (the knuckles on the middle of your fingers) with their "punching" knuckles (the knuckles on their hand). This bat grip allows for proper wrist movement and allows the bat to follow the proper plane through the swing.
