The second stage of scrap tire processing is to cleanly separate the steel from the rubber using a CM Liberator and Steel Reclaim System.

The CM Liberator System is an extremely robust medium speed grinder that is capable of processing tires, wire, and cable. These tire wire separators are adept in removing steel wire from within the rubber of the tires. This adds an extra step in the tire breakdown process and creates another revenue stream from recyclable steel wire. Our patented tire wire separation technology is extremely rugged, able to provide users with high performance and low maintenance.

Our Liberators and tire wire separators feature an exclusive armor plated rotor for durability, interchangeable screens to control rubber distribution, and a serrated knife design to control particle size. For up to 98% steel wire purity, CM has developed the Zero Waste System, a more advanced option of wire removal that utilizes the CM Liberator.

The CM serrated knife design increases the linear inches of cut which results in more cutting surface and increased production. CM Liberators™ have an exclusive armor plated rotor to eliminate wear. Wear plates can be rotated numerous times to achieve maximum life and reduce costs.

The CM Liberator is a highly popular machine used in tire recycling sue to it's multiple features and benefits which include.

• High production with low maintenance
• Serrated knife design for maximum cutting area
• Reversible screens
• Powered screen cradle for quick changes
• Exclusive armor-plated rotor and rotor housing
• Easy access to rotor chamber and screen
• 85 RPM to reduce operating temperature
• Service drive for ease of maintenance
• Patented technology
