This is the first movement of Piano Sonata No. 14 composed by Ludwig van Beethoven.
It is commonly known as Moonlight Sonata.
It was originally composed for a piano and it is supposed to be played with the damper pedal down all the time. With modern pianos this will end up with dissonance and the pedal should be lifted briefly when the harmony changes.
This arrangement uses other instruments than piano.
