Amphipyra pyramidea caterpillar eating a leaf
Copper Underwing (Amphipyra pyramidea) catterpillar eating a leaf. I want to try and raise this caterpillar, though I've never done that before and I know nothing about them. I was absolutely amazed when I saw how it was digesting the bits of leaf.
