The house construction continues with the thermal insulation of the floor slab. That happens with highly insulating EPS sheets. A good insulation is important for saving energy, protecting the environment and saving money. Next step: Installation of the underfloor heating. First: lay out the carrier plates on which the heating pipes be put on. The heating pipes are PE pipe with increased temperature resistance and the starts and end points are connected to the heating circuit distributor. The laying shape of the heating pipes is helical. Here, the heat is distributed very evenly over the floor, because the flow and return are always next to each other.
Is the underfloor heating installed, the screed can come. A mixture between gravel, water, cement and additives. The screed builders spread the screed evenly, smooth and level it on any floor in the house until a hights of 6,5 cm is achieved.
Then the screed has to dry for about four weeks. In this time, the builders have to ventilate, regularly, 3 times a day.
Then, the house is connected to the public drinking water network. This is the responsibility of the municipal water companies, who also install the water meter.

The next part then continues with the interior work.
