Offering rooms available for any date, live chat with polite managers, and testimonials from satisfied clients—it's a meticulously crafted scam. Potential clients weren't deterred. Confessions occurred after a 100% advance payment for their outdoor getaway. "Dnepr is open": every victim has a message like that. They've banded together and intend to expose these Ukrainian scammers.
