• 1 ounce egg white
• ½ ounce agave
• ¾ ounce spiced pear liqueur
• 2 ounces reposado tequila
• salted pear fan garnish
► How to Make a Holiday Spiced Pear Sour:
1. Add lime juice, egg white, agave, spiced pear liqueur, and tequila to a shaker.
2. Dry shake for 15 seconds.
3. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
4. Strain into your serving glass.
5. Garnish with a salted pear fan.
