Tenere 700, the most important modification you can make
In March 2022 while riding at the OpenRoads Rally I got a little carried away on a track jumping the erosion washouts. When I landed after a washout my back wheel skipped out a little and my change came off. While I didn't initially realise the damage it caused, a little while later when I noticed a pool of oil below my bike the realisation of just how much damage it caused hit home. This is the story of what happened next and how the whole issue was resolved. It really could've been avoided right from the start if I had just made a simple cheap modification to my Tenere700.
