An operator can watch this before operating on The Splitrock Mining Company Layout. I want to cut down on my time explaining things before a session. A more detailed explanation of each job can be taught while the operators are working. My idea is to produce these ten-minute videos for all the layouts on MInnRail OPSIG weekend, and Operators Retreat Weekends for the Twin Cities Division.
