Rules:
The first Action Card played each Round will cost 2 fewer dice.
Each Round, the first Skill used or Talent equipped by each character will cost 1 fewer die.
Banned cards: Mona, Bennett, Keqing.
I was thinking maybe the opponent was not sure how Yae Miko works. The opponent didn't swap away their Xingqiu (or use healing food) to save him even they have 2 elemental dice remaining. After they ended their round, Xingqiu was defeated by Yae Miko's Tenko Thunderbolts. This had lead to the opponent immediately conceded before actually going into Round 2 Roll Phase.
