DIY PCB Drill Press (overview)
This is the overview of a simple PCB drill press I made. The frame is made out out of scrap wood of varying thickness. A DC spindle is mounted on a drawer channel to facilitate linear vertical motion and is connected to the main frame using a spring from a car's carburetor. I painted the drill with brown paint to give it an industrial look and added LED strip for some extra lighting.
