In this video, we learn what is meant by complement of any given set. We learn that complement of a set is a set that contains all elements in the universal set that do not belong to the given set.
In other words, say if we have a universal set U and a set A, then complement of A is a set that contains all elements of universal set U that do not belong to A.
or, Complement of A = U - A.
We also learn how to represent a complement of a set from Venn diagram standpoint.
