James the Gardener is "Very British"—super entertaining, hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly surprising—he has that typical English sense of humor. James is a gardener you couldn't have invented better! No wonder: James Foggin was born in the cradle of garden design—in England, on the Wirral Peninsula. He studied history and later trained in ornamental plant cultivation in Freiburg. He has worked in renowned nurseries, gardens, and rose gardens – as head gardener and estate manager. He is particularly knowledgeable about roses. In his free time, he acts in plays, because James is also an actor! His comedic talent is astounding. The best part: James can even laugh at himself! No other gardener shares tips and tricks for the garden as entertainingly as he does – even those who dislike gardening are royally amused!
