Try this easy , quick and super refreshing Blueberry IceBox Cake .Few ingredients and it tastes amazing!

Ingredients:
🫐 Blueberry sauce
🫐 Cornstarch 2 tsp
🫐 Lemon Juice 2 tsp
🫐 Water 2 tbsp
🫐 Blueberries 300g
🫐 Sugar 2 tbsp
🫐 Lemon zest 1/2 tsp

Cake
🫐 Heavy Cream 500 ml (2 cups)
🫐 Icing Sugar 2 tbsp
🫐 Lemon juice 1 tbsp
🫐 Plain Butter Biscuits 12 pieces
🫐 Some Blueberries , Butter biscuit crumbs
and lemon zest for garnish 🍋

Tip ☑️ Line your loaf pan with plastic wrap to easily lift the cake out !
