Kindergarten Student Presentation
The Kindergarten students have been reading different versions of fairy tales and they decided to write their own. The narrative came from the students, working together as a group. A literary focus has been on learning about authors and illustrators and the many parts of a book. The students then drew illustrations for the book, and made a copy for the school library. This project connects with the learner attributes of communication, courage, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Resonating with our Strategic Theme of Learning, ISY teachers develop and implement inclusive instructional practices that meet the needs of every student. #isylearns
