"Alien: Romulus" returns the wildly popular "Alien" franchise to its original setting: A group of youthful space colonists encounter the most horrific living form in the universe while scavenging the darkest corners of a derelict space station. Starring in the movie with her are Isabela Merced ("The Last of Us"), David Jonsson ("Agatha Christie's Murder is Easy"), Spike Fearn ("Aftersun"), Aileen Wu, and Cailee Spaeny from "Civil War." Directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with frequent collaborator Rodo Sayagues ("Don't Breathe 2"), Fede Alvarez ("Evil Dead," "Don't Breathe") draws from characters created by Dan O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett. Ridley Scott is the producer of "Alien: Romulus."
