This is the multiplayer map Riptide in Battlefield: Hardline. Here we get a huge map that is home to 7 different game modes. Primed for Hotwire, Riptide has lengthy attached islands for driving on. Head to the Cartel Mansion for immediate, intense action. If you are feeling sneaky, hide out in the Stilt Houses to the north and set up an ambush. Once the bad weather rolls in, switch to FLIR or night vision.
