Parade of Lights 2023 Lake Mead

This time with some new decorators and participants!
Resolution, Catalina 27, looked fabulous. She won first place in the sailboat category. a first time category for Boating Lake Mead, who runs the event. There were 2 other sailboats.
Conditions were pretty hairy with some winds and no full moon.
