When Meriem decided to wear a headscarf at the age of
twelve, those around her reacted with bullying and
marginalisation.
She withdrew and started spending an increasing amount of
time leafing through old fashion magazines - a world in
which she immediately felt at home and one that inspired
her to become a fashion designer. 🧕💪 In this
