Image Interpolation: Reconstruction of an image from randomly selected samples over the grid and the corresponding pixel values - an implementation with python. The interpolated image was obtained with Delaunay Triangulation using Barycentric Coordinates. Number of random samples chosen was varied, as more samples were chosen, image reconstruction with interpolation was better as expected.
