2. 10 pieces chicken sausages
3. 1/4 cup cooking oil
4. 1/2 big red capsicum
5. 1/2 big yellow capsicum
6. 1 medium green capsicum
7. 1/2 big courgette
8. 1 small ginger
9. 3 medium tomatoes
10. 2 medium onions
11. 1 small bunch coriander (dhania)
12. 1tbs paprika
13. 1 tbs garam masala
14. salt to test
