In Part 60 of your Remnant 2 DLC “Dark Horizon” walkthrough, you’ll be exploring the Mucid Terrarium and working on the Prototype quest. Here’s a detailed guide to help you through this part:
Mucid Terrarium
Location: The Mucid Terrarium is located in the Withered Necropolis area. It’s a challenging dungeon filled with Corrupted, Parasytes, Specters, and other N’erudian enemies.
Enemies and Bosses: You’ll face a tough double boss fight against Amalgam Kel’Roth and Amalgam Relis. Defeating them will reward you with the Voidlight Mod and a Tome of Knowledge.
Secrets and Items:
Combat Shield Generator Ring: Equip a shock weapon and shoot the broken cables glowing blue to unlock secret doors. This ring generates a stationary energy shield while in combat.
Short Circuit Amulet: Found in the same secret rooms, this amulet increases critical chance and damage while a shield is active.
Prototype Quest
Prototype Parts Locations:
Prototype Head: Found near the beginning of the Agronomy Sector, just past the Quiescent Overlook checkpoint.
Prototype Arm: Located in the Agronomy Sector, inside a cave with ensnaring beams and a spectral foe.
Prototype Claw: Found at the far end of a broken bridge in the Withered Necropolis.
Prototype Memory Core: This part is crucial for completing the quest and can be found in the Withered Necropolis.
Repairing the Robot: Once you have all four parts, return to the robot in the Repair Lab. Assemble the parts to repair the robot and unlock a secret boss fight.
