Hey Lovelies,
Over the past few weeks I have been wanting to make an Autumnal homemade Apple Strudel. I recently watched the fabulous movie “Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them” and theres that glorious scene where Queenie is making everyone Apple Strudel. Its gives me all the Autumnal magical vibes and damn I thought now was the time to make my own.
This is the recipe I used and oh my, it is sooo good!
Yes I did cheat slightly using pre rolled puff pastry but heyho it saved a lot of time and you could make yours anyway you like, this is just my take on it.
Let me know if you make your own after this or if you like to do yours differently/use different ingredients.
