Minecraft: Tutorial | How to Build a Sweeper Mob Farm
This new redstone tutorial probably should be titled Overworld Enderman & Witch Farm because that's it's best use! This efficient mob farm has great rates, is very simple to build, and it's pretty cheap (if you ignore all the obsidian/furnaces)! It easily farms witches, zombies, skeletons, wither skeletons, zombie pigmen, creepers, and endermen. It can even handle slimes, magma slimes, and blazes with a couple modifications. It could even be made into a Passive Mob Farm too - which is exactly what I'm doing in my Skyblock world!
This was built in 1.11.2 but should work in previous versions and all future versions.
Items needed: 1228 solid blocks, 7 sticky pistons, 10 redstone conductive blocks, 252 slabs, 430 obsidian, 36 redstone dust, 1 redstone torch, 7 glowstone, 3 redstone repeaters, 1584 decorative blocks, 4 blocks of redstone, 40 magma blocks, 37 slime blocks, 3 glass blocks, 1 hopper minecart, and a bunch of minecart rails.
