Lisa Maki's entrepreneurial, coaching and consulting experience spans over 25 years.
Lisa's professional experience started in a PR-Advertising firm. The first position she held was an Executive Assistant responsible for closing sales, and was eventually promoted to a Junior Copywriter.
Years later, the same PR-Advertising company evolved into a Management Consulting business. Though she was promoted to an Executive Director position, she also took the role of client building and management. Her previous experience in sales & marketing, plus the creative writing skills she honed through her copywriting stint worked in her favor. She was able to generate consistent clients for the business, including Top Fortune 500 companies.
Down the road she established her own Consulting firm specializing in Corporate Communication, Organizational Development, and Training & Development. More services were added later on, including copy and content writing for websites and other marketing collateral, professional writing, and the design aspect of branding.
Lisa's combined expertise and experience in Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, and Personal & Organizational Development Consulting have been instrumental in her success. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, and pursued graduate-level coursework in Psychological Services in Organizational Development.
