SeaRoots Dining and Culinary experience
Summer 2023 there is a brand new SeaRoots Dining and Culinary Experience on the ocean floor of the Acadian Shores of Nova Scotia. Offered by Chef Shane Robicheau of La Cuisine Robicheau and Le Ptit Robicheau and Chef Paul Thimot. This 4 hour experience takes place Saulnierville, Nova Scotia on La Baie Sainte-Marie (St. Mary's Bay). Enjoying foraging on the ocean floor with the chefs, listening to live Acadian music and enjoying a wonderfully curated seafood feast paired with local wine, ciders and craft beer.
Prices start at $425 per person and the dates being offered for 2023 are Wednesday, July 5th, Thursday, August 3rd and Friday, August 18th, 2023.
