La Charca de Maspalomas Is a lagoon located on the edge of the Maspalomas Dunes in Gran Canaria. It is a bird sanctuary, so you are not allowed to access it, but you can view it from great angles and enjoy the beauty. It’s a short walk away from Maspalomas lighthouse, you can walk around the edge of the lagoon on a nice walkway and there is a bird watching area with benches at the end.
