Meraki WiFi Mandatory DHCP What is it and how does it work
Meraki WiFi offers an interesting setting that may help you increase the security of the WiFi connection and network. The Mandatory DHCP setting can be configured at the SSID level to allow wireless clients to connect only when they receive an IP address from the DHCP server for the segment. Although it is a useful setting, its implementation may run into many issues with roaming clients as the WiFi configuration sees the client's interface card with an IP address configured.
