INSTRUCTIONS
To use the watch: first, pull the knob and rotate to the correct time. Next, push the knob back in and wind clockwise for 15-20 rotations. Then put on your wrist and wear. The winding will give you many hours of run time but the motion of wearing it will keep it going. It is all mechanical and has no battery.
